No. The timed auction system has been replaced by pledges. You can create a pledge at any hour and the matching engine pairs you with a member on the help queue as soon as one is available.
A pledge is your commitment to give a specific amount. It sits in the queue until it is matched — either automatically by the system or manually by an admin.
Yes. If no single help request matches your full amount, your pledge is split so that several members are helped at once. You will see everyone you need to pay under My Matches.
You can withdraw a pledge at any time before it is matched. Once any part of it has been matched, the payment obligation stands.
Once matched, a countdown starts. Upload your proof of payment before it reaches zero — otherwise your account is restricted and the receiver returns to the queue.
After your payment is confirmed and the maturity period passes, you are added to the help queue for your original amount plus the platform growth percentage. Other members' pledges are then matched to you.
By priority points first, then by how long each member has been waiting. Points are earned through daily engagement tasks.
Reject the proof. The match is flagged as a dispute and an admin reviews it. Confirmed defaulters are restricted and you go back on the queue.
