A pledge may be matched at any time, in full or in parts, to one or more members. You may withdraw a pledge only while it is still unmatched. Once matched, you are expected to pay the full amount within the time limit shown.
Every payment must be backed by a genuine proof of payment. Uploading a false, altered or unrelated receipt is grounds for immediate and permanent restriction.
If you do not upload valid proof before your timer expires, your account is restricted automatically and the member you were matched to returns to the help queue.
Peer-to-peer giving carries financial risk. Receiving depends on other members pledging after you. Nothing on this platform is a guaranteed return, and you should never contribute money you cannot afford to lose.
Where a receiver rejects a proof of payment, an admin reviews the evidence and decides. Admin decisions on disputes are final.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, act fraudulently, or harm other members.
