Members help each other directly. There are no auction windows and no bidding — you pledge an amount whenever you are ready, and the system matches you.
Your bank details are only ever shown to the member matched to pay you.
Pledge any amount within the platform limits, at any time of day. Your pledge sits in the queue until a member needs help.
Matching runs continuously. If no single member needs your full amount, your pledge is split across several members. An admin can also match you by hand.
You pay each matched member into their bank account, then upload a receipt. Miss the deadline and your account is restricted.
Once they confirm the money landed, your payment is complete. Disputes go to an admin.
After the maturity period, you are placed on the help queue for 50% more than you gave, and other members' pledges are matched to you.
The help queue is ordered by priority points first, then by how long each member has waited. You earn points by completing daily engagement tasks.
Payments are made directly between members. Returns depend on new pledges arriving — never contribute more than you can afford to lose.
