1. Information we collect

We collect the details you give us when you create an account — your name, email address, phone number and the bank details used to receive payments.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run the platform: matching your pledges with members waiting for help, showing your position on the help queue, and letting matched members pay you directly.

3. What other members see

Names on the public help queue are masked. Your bank details and phone number are revealed only to the member matched to pay you, and only while that payment is open.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only where it is needed to complete a payment between members, or where the law requires it.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access. Keep your password private and report anything suspicious.

6. Your choices

You can update your profile at any time, and you may ask us to close your account once you have no open pledges, matches or queue positions.
